Antoine Greizmann has affirmed that he deserves to win the
European footballer of the year ahead of Real Madrid’s Cristiano Ronaldo and
Gareth Bale. The Athletico Madrid and France International (Greizmann) had a
stunning season scoring 22 league goals and helping his club to reach the UEFA
Champions League finals. Greizmann was also outstanding in the Euro 2016 where
he won the Golden boot spurring France to reach the Finals of the tournament.
He has been nominated alongside Gareth Bale and Cristiano Ronaldo. Cr7 on his side also had a terrific season winning the UEFA
Champions League as the highest goal scorer and also leading Portugal to win
the European cup. The European Footballer of the year award comes up tomorrow.
